Tip: Here, you have to show passion about the bank; her values, mission, vision etc. Play to their value of training she bestows on her employees. The brand and strength she exhibits. Throw in key and current details about the bank and link them to narrate further your desire to work with them.
5. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Tip: A question to expect. Here, the interviewers want to hear your career prognostication and how the firm is that journey. You have to express your desire to be a top professional while adhering to the tenets of the banking industry. Talk about how you desire to be a top banking professional with the firm aiding in the process. The firm should in your plans.
