Femi Taiwo receives his prize as District Champion

JarusHub’s Monday columnist, Dr. Michael Oluwafemi Taiwo, has qualified for the grand finale of the World Speaking Competition to be held in Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia.

Michael, who holds a first class degree in Chemical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and PhD in same discipline from the University of Arkansas, United States, beat other contestants at the Club, Area, Division and District levels in the United States, to qualify for the world challenge in Malaysia.

He will now be competing with other world class public speakers from different parts of the world for the 2014 prize.
