Have you ever wondered why you don’t get called for interview despite hundreds of applications?
Do you always perform badly when called for interviews?
Are you currently engaged, either as a fresh or experienced staff, and you need clarifications/ professional advice on some human resources related issues?
HR Desk will focus it search light on these and many more.
HR Desk is a newly introduced section on Jarushub, and will be handled by one of our finest professionals in the field (Moruf Kolawole Nasir, ACIPM, ANIMN).
On HR Desk, issues concerning prospective employees and currently engaged workers-skilled and unskilled, will be treated.
HR Desk will attempt to answer our ample work-place related questions on manpower.
Ignorance of the content of the Nigerian Labour Laws is one of the challenges of employer/employee relationship; the nitty-gritty of the Nigeria labour laws, workers benefits and compensations will also be dissected on HR Desk.
Finally, HR Desk will feature articles on human resources related subject, amongst others.
