MBA OR MSC CHEMICAL ENGINEERING FOR A CHEMISTRY GRADUATE?

I am a graduate of chemistry with 2nd class upper. I want to enroll for postgraduate studies next year In sha Allah but I am kind of confused whether to go for MSC in Chemical Engineering at OAU or go for their MBA because I kind of have a passion for business and I am sure having an MBA will prepare me. Please I need your advice.

Dear Ibraheem,
If OAU takes someone without first degree in chemical engineering for Msc in the discipline, then I will advise you go for it.
MBA is better appreciated when one has some work experience. I don’t particularly support enrolling for MBA without having few years work experience. In fact, some schools abroad will not admit you into their MBA programme if you don’t have work experience.
You can do the MBA later.
