The platform is a one-stop shop for anything career. It provides valuable information starting from how to excel in school, to how to effectively transit to the labour market, to how settle in the workplace and rise through the career ladder, and finally tips to starting own business or running a company as a top level executive.

It covers the entire chain of career – from foundation (school) to retirement.

JarusHub’s uniqueness lies in assembling people who have been there before and exceled and sharing real life personal experiences. Its biggest strength is originality. Its reputation has made it worthy of being associated with by top Nigerian executives.

As the startup begins to go through the next phase of its development, the founder has decided to invite two other like-minds to join the team, for equity participation. These two individuals join him in taking the platform to the next level.

THE NEW STRUCTURE:

President/Chief Executive Officer – Jarus

  • Driving the overall strategy of the platform
  • Continues to be the Editor-in-Chief and Chief Content Creator
  • Will relinquish day to day running to the COO.

Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

  • The COO will be responsible for running JarusHub on day to day basis
  • He will run the platform in full time
  • Must be very savvy – ability to say something about almost everything
  • Will be the face of JarusHub in public events
  • Will run the about-to-be-opened JarusHub physical office

Vice President/Chief Technology Officer

  • The CTO must be highly tech-savvy
  • He will be responsible for driving the overall media strategy of the platform
  • He will be responsible for the look of the platform
  • He must be very good in use of wordpress
  • He must be up to date in global technology trends

Generally, these two individuals must be hot, as in hot, able to tear down boundaries, highly charismatic and highly informed.

Who can take up these two challenges?

This is not an employer-employee relationship, so not a salaried position. These two guys will join Jarus as co-founders (equity participation) and drive the vision together.
