Seamfix's recruitment process is very technical. An aptitude test is used to assess candidate's IT knowledge and a basic interview testing general knowledge, discipline- or field-based questions. The recruitment process from beginning to offer does not take much time and could be within 2 months.

The job security is OK subject to performance.
