PwC's recruitment process is quite rigorous - an online test (SHL as at this review), "a confirmatory test", assessment center and subsequent interviews with senior staff testing general knowledge, discipline- or field-based questions. The recruitment process from beginning to offer could take quite some time and as long as 5 months (for entry level).
Employees are decently remunerated, and one of the best for Big 4. Employees also enjoy significant benefits in kind like training, sponsorship of relevant certifications, maternity/paternity leave etc. PwC tend to second employees abroad more than other Big 4.
PwC has a very great brand that can open doors in further employment consideration.
The job security is good, but the industry has a "ship in or ship out policy".
Overall, PwC is generally regarded as a great place to work by any standard.
