Comprises of aptitude tests to assess candidates's cerebral knowledge and an interview testing general knowledge, discipline- or field-based questions. First Bank also organises Assessment Centers. The recruitment process from beginning to offer takes quite a while, as much as six months. Candidates are trained in the firm's training school - First Academy - before confirmation.
