AXA Mansard's recruitment process is not so rigorous - an aptitude test assessing cognitive abilities (GMAT as at this review), an assessment center, an interview with senior staff of the company and top management testing general knowledge, discipline- or field-based questions (expect basic insurance questions if you don't have an insurance background). The recruitment process from beginning to offer does take a while.
Employees are decently remunerated, and one of the best in the insurance industry. Employees also enjoy moderate benefits in kind like trainings, cozy environment, recreational facilities etc.
The job security is good, but subject to performance.
Overall, AXA Mansard Insurance is regarded as a good place to work.
