FRAUD ALERT: MDL LTD
This message was received by virtually every Nigerian – including illiterate market women and unlettered grandmas – last week. Many things don’t add up there and it’s obviously a fraud. They must have gotten telephone database from bulk sms merchants and sent randomly.
“Base on referral you have been invited for a Test/ work brief @ MDL LTD no 82 adeniyi jones by koko bustop Ikeja Lagos by 9am on saturday 19/12/15. BT/MDK55”
It is advised that this may be ignored.
UPDATE: We understand they’re a network marketing outfit and market their products to invitees. This is wrong given the fact that their sms says they’re inviting candidates for job test based on referral, an obvious misinformation.

I am sorry, I could not make it to ur office but on 14/01/2016. Pls, the authorities should try and checkmate the police people on the mile2 bridge. They also contributed in the traffic from apapa road. Imagine police that there suppose to be laws abiding now breaking laws. They are actually collecting cash from commercial bus, allowing them to take one way. Its really a terrible nation indeed. Nawaoo. I saw them yesterday!
Have you gone there to find out what they do? You don’t call something a scam if you don’t have an understanding of what obtains there. Several people have been there and enjoy the benefits of the opportunity there. The organisation is legitimate and the business is also legitimate. People who are dupping others are enjoy their loot. You are running down people who labour legitimately to create a better future for themselves with proofs. I believe you mean in website, but please cross check your facts well. Thanks

My husband received the same message yesterday and the work brief is holding today monday 11/01/2016. And he has gone there. I just came across this info after he has reached there. God help him

that’s d same message I received on 29th Dec n 14th Jan, first, it was my MTN phone, second my GLO phone, I went there after work to make inquiring n how they got my number, they said I shud come for brief test tomorrow Saturday by 7am. I wasn’t comfortable with what I saw, a company without sign board, I decided to check it on line, to my astonishment, I got what I need to know

I got the same message in my new office cug line and I wondered how they got the new number. Didn’t need to google b4 I knew they were fake. God help us all…..

What are you guys all talking about. Do you know the gravity of what u are doing. Why try to spoil the name of a company where thousands of young people are getting employed and empowered through networking. Can someone please explain what makes it a scam. The fact that u have access to write anything online doesn’t mean u should spoil the name of another man’s company. U can be sued for this. And trust me, u wouldn’t be happy when such happen. Just in case u are deformed, the business of the 21st century is networking and I see nothing wrong in what d company is doing. Its a thing of choice not force. So stop calling them scam.

It’s a sca bcos they are deceiving people by telling them to come for a job test bla bla bla. They should come out and let ppl know it’s networking business in their text and interested ppl would go. Not to deceive ppl and let them waste time and money.
